Yes. Unifi is Telekom Malaysia's fibre broadband service. We are an authorised reseller, so you get the exact same network, router, and TM technician installation. The only difference is that we handle your application personally and can offer online-exclusive promotions.

Send us your full address and postcode using the coverage form above or on WhatsApp. We check the TM coverage database directly and reply within 15 minutes during business hours. If fibre isn't available, we'll tell you honestly and suggest alternatives like Unifi Air.

For most addresses with existing fibre infrastructure, installation happens within 24 hours of approval. New areas or landed properties needing cable work may take 3–7 working days. We'll give you a realistic estimate before you commit.

Malaysian citizens need a copy of your MyKad (front and back). Non-citizens need a passport plus a valid visa or employment pass. For business plans, we'll also need your SSM registration documents.

Correct. Standard installation, the Wi-Fi 6 router, and the modem are all included at no charge, subject to the minimum contract term for your plan and promotion. We'll confirm the exact term before you sign up. Additional charges only apply for non-standard work such as extra cabling beyond 15 metres, which we would quote to you upfront.

Pick your Unifi plan, then choose a Smart TV size on that plan's card (or in the coverage form) — the combined monthly price updates instantly before you submit. The TV add-on is billed together with your Unifi plan each month for as long as you keep it.

The paid Smart TV add-on is available on 300 Mbps and 1 Gbps plans, with TV sizes and pricing varying by speed tier. 500 Mbps currently includes a free 43" Smart TV and a free Unifi CCTV as part of its own promo, so there's nothing to add on there. 100 Mbps and 2 Gbps don't offer a Smart TV option.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher speed at any time, usually activated remotely within 24 hours with no new installation needed. Downgrading is restricted during your contract period. Message us and we'll arrange it.

Existing customers can still contact us for speed upgrades, relocation to a new address, or adding Unifi TV and Mobile bundles. New-customer promotions generally apply to new registrations only, but we'll check what you're eligible for.
